TIMELESS: There is something to be said about a Corvette with four oval tail lights. A timeless look that makes the C7 and C8 owners jealous... but, while they got the shape just right, the OEM tail lights on the C6 are still based on incandescent bulbs and have become prone to cracking due to age. It’s time to do something about that. As long as the rear-end of your Vette is the only thing that everybody sees as you fly by, it might as well look good as good as it sounds, right?
STYLE: Certainly more modern than the factory units, but without being over the top. The red-lens model looks especially natural on the car and could truly pass for original equipment, while the fully smoked version offers a more aggressive and even more modern look with a lightly smoked lens.
FUNCTIONS: The optical light pipe that highlights the outside perimeter of each light acts as a low intensity parking light, a high intensity brake light, as well as the turn signal (red). Surrounding the rear reflex reflector, the center of each light is a high-intensity reverse light (white) – which is also plug & play with your factory reverse light circuit with an included adapter harness (reverse harness is not compatible with 2005 cars due to a different connector being used). The integrated reverse lights provide a massive boost in not only rearward visibility, but also notification to others (which can be easily overlooked with the stock reverse lights being so low to the ground), over the stock setup too!
WELL-BUILT: Their durable polycarbonate lens will resist the test of time, keeping the housings looking new for many years to come. The injection molded ABS housing is light-weight and much stronger than comparable cheap alternatives.
PLUG & PLAY: The Corvette C6 Gen II tail lights from Morimoto are designed to work without any modifications. These LED tail lights will plug into the factory connectors for the stock lights on all US-spec cars, and do not need any extra resistors, modules, or adapters for a completely plug n play, error-free install.
COMPATIBLE: These are a direct bolt-on fitment for all C6 Chevrolet Corvettes from 2005-2013 including the coupe and convertible. They use all of the stock mounting points, and are only one screw per light away from an updated look sure to catch eyes.

Unpainted options - These are unmodified units from the manufacturer with bright lenses, DOT compliance, and visible center reflectors.
Light and Dark Smoke (dot/center) painted options - These are professionally painted, wet sanded, and UV cleared. No cheap, peeling vinyl or acrylic covers here! Being modified from factory finish, these may not be DOT compliant. These painted sets offer a professional, permanent finish that will last the test of time, with a bit of extra shine in their clear coat. Painted sets typically experience a 2-4 week delay to have the desired finish painted before shipping.
