Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending any item back to receive return instructions and authorization.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be new, unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and returned in its original packaging.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

For returns that are not due to a product being defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Any additional fees charged to Tier 1 Carbon by the manufacturer or supplier may also be deducted from the refund.

Manufacturer & Supplier Restrictions

Tier 1 Carbon works with multiple manufacturers and distributors, and return policies can vary by supplier and product. Certain products may have additional restrictions, cancellation fees, restocking fees, or may be non-returnable altogether.

This may include special-order, custom, made-to-order, pre-order, clearance, or manufacturer-direct products. The applicable manufacturer or supplier policy will apply when additional restrictions are in place.

We recommend contacting us before placing your order if you have any questions about a product’s fitment or return eligibility.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us before installing or modifying the product.

Please keep all original packaging and take photos of the product and packaging, as they may be required to process a claim with the manufacturer or shipping carrier.
